Location: 5 days on-site, Mississauga, Ontario Immediate joiners welcome What You'll Do AI Solution Development Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions Develop production-grade applications using LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and intelligent automation Architect enterprise AI solutions that solve real business challenges Build scalable, maintainable AI workflows and services Generative AI & LLM Applications Build and optimize solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks Develop conversational AI, chatbot, and AI-agent solutions Azure AI & Cloud Architecture Deploy AI applications within Microsoft Azure environments Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and related technologies Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define solution strategies Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions Present recommendations, prototypes, and solution designs to stakeholders Optimization & Continuous Improvement Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance Establish testing, validation, and evaluation frameworks Support AI governance, quality assurance, and reliability initiatives What You Bring 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Development, or AI Consulting 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience 2+ years building production-grade Generative AI, NLP, chatbot, or LLM-based applications 3+ years working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services 2-3+ years of Canadian work experience Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI agents, and workflow automation Track record of taking AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
