Location: Mississauga, ON, Five days a week

Employment: Full-time

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am EST to 5pm EST

Reports to: Sales Leadership

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience, with proven expertise in cold calling SMB businesses, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified sales meetings. The Role

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities with healthcare practices.

You will engage clinic owners, physicians and practice managers through outbound calls and structured follow-up, identify their business challenges, and schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations with our sales team.

Previous experience cold calling SMB businesses and generating qualified sales meetings is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 125–150 outbound calls daily to prospective healthcare practices.
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and maintain accurate prospect lists.
Start meaningful conversations about clinic growth, patient acquisition, lead conversion and operational challenges.
Qualify prospects based on business fit, current systems, needs, decision-making process and purchasing timeline.
Clearly communicate how BoomerangFX’s software, AI and marketing solutions can address each prospect’s priorities.
Handle objections related to pricing, return on investment, timing and existing providers.
Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations with Account Executives, confirm attendance and follow up on missed meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, qualification notes, follow-up tasks and next steps.
Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to improve messaging, meeting quality and conversion.

Mandatory Qualifications

At least three years of outbound B2B sales experience in an SDR, BDR, inside sales or comparable business development role.
Demonstrated experience prospecting businesses, speaking with decision-makers and booking qualified sales meetings.
A record of meeting activity and sales opportunity targets, supported by clear examples of results.
Excellent spoken and written English, with strong listening, rapport-building and objection-handling skills.
Confidence explaining a business solution and connecting its value to a prospect’s needs.
Experience using a CRM to manage prospects, document conversations and maintain disciplined follow-up.
Ability to sustain high-volume calling while maintaining conversation quality and accurate records.

Additional Experience We Value

Selling to medspas, cosmetic surgery practices, dermatology clinics, wellness providers or other private-pay healthcare businesses.
Experience selling SaaS, practice management software, CRM systems, AI solutions or digital marketing services.
Familiarity with patient acquisition, consultation booking, lead management and clinic operations.
Experience selling aesthetic devices or other products and services to clinic owners.
Familiarity with sales prospecting platforms, dialers and structured email or LinkedIn outreach.

How Success Will Be Measured

Qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations completed.
Sales opportunities accepted by the Account Executive team.
Pipeline generated and conversion of meetings into opportunities.
Meeting attendance, consistent outbound activity and CRM accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

Commission-only. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time Associate Account Executive opportunities.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $100,000 CAD
$50 CAD per Qualified Discovery
$1000 CAD per Signed Deal
Experience selling to business decision-makers.
Exposure to healthcare SaaS, AI and digital growth solutions.
Collaboration with an international sales and leadership team.
