Reports to: Director of Product Manager

Mandatory Experience

A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales leadership and revenue operations is mandatory. Candidates must have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-growing business environments, along with strong expertise in sales pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. Only candidates who meet these mandatory experience and qualification requirements will be considered for the role.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and SQL/Sequence. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations of our SaaS platform.

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure back-end services using .NET (C#)
• Design and maintain APIs and database structures to support front-end features
• Work with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, etc.)
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product managers in agile sprints
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on back-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#)
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Expertise in SQL Server and familiarity with Sequence or relational database design
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with software development best practices and design patterns

Additional Experience We Value

• Experience with healthcare, medtech, or SaaS platforms
• Front-end experience with ReactJS and React Hooks
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI-powered features

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + 10% annual discretionary bonus.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: This is a 5-day on-site role based in Mississauga, Ontario.
• Equity: Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months
