We are a global leader in practice management software and digital marketing solutions. Our growth trajectory of over 8000% is matched by our ambition to disrupt and dominate the healthcare technology landscape.
With offices across the USA, Canada, UK, Sydney, and India, we’re building a truly global organization and expanding our presence in international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company and play a meaningful role in shaping and supporting our continued international growth.

You'll operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing priorities, driving execution, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks - all while building a career inside a PE-backed, globally expanding organization.
This is not a passive support role. We're looking for someone who is proactive, sharp, highly reliable, and always one step ahead - someone who thrives on speed, ownership, and the energy of a fast-scaling business.
Location: Onsite – 5 days per week (Mississauga)
Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience + 10% Bonus
