The Role:

BoomerangFX is scaling rapidly as the world's leading all-in-one solution for practice management, and we're looking for a highly driven Senior Executive Assistant to sit at the center of the organization, work directly alongside senior leadership, and help power the next phase of our growth.

This is a rare opportunity to gain direct exposure to C-suite strategy and decision-making inside a company on an active path toward IPO - recognized as Deloitte's Fast 500 (ranked 6th in Canada) and named Gartner's Disruptor of the Year. You'll operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing priorities, driving execution, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks - all while building a career inside a PE-backed, globally expanding organization.

This is not a passive support role. We're looking for someone who is proactive, sharp, highly reliable, and always one step ahead - someone who thrives on speed, ownership, and the energy of a fast-scaling business.

Location: Onsite – 5 days per week (Mississauga)

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience + 10% Bonus

Equity: Eligible to participate in the BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months

What You'll Own

Executive Support to Senior Leadership

Serve as a right hand to senior leadership, ensuring daily priorities are managed with precision and urgency
Own and manage a high-volume, complex calendar, optimizing for impact, efficiency, and strategic focus
Manage and triage executive email communications, drafting responses, prioritizing actions, and ensuring nothing is missed
Coordinate travel logistics with speed and attention to detail
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefings
Attend meetings when required, capture key decisions, and drive follow-ups to completion
Act as a gatekeeper and operator, protecting leadership's time while enabling the business to move quickly

Operational Excellence & Corporate Support

Ensure the executive office runs like a high-performance operating system - organized, efficient, and proactive
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
Support tasks aligned with a corporate secretary function
Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve how the executive office operates

Project Coordination & People Operations

Help maintain employee records, documentation, and operational workflows
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams
Support initiatives that reinforce a high-performance, accountable culture
Assist in organizing company-wide meetings, events, and engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For

6-8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, CEO/Executive Office, or senior administrative role
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong track record managing complex calendars, inboxes, and travel logistics
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Experience supporting people operations is a strong asset
Genuine comfort operating in a fast-paced, always-on environment where flexibility beyond standard hours is part of the role
