Partner on AI-enabled and digital HR initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.

Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical ecosystem fluency, including the ability to connect tools such as Microsoft Dataverse, Azure AI services, and Workday endpoints into a cohesive service experience.
Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot, or retrieval-augmented generation tools beyond Copilot Studio.
Experience building a Microsoft Teams app, bot, or embedded service experience.
Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM platform, especially in a knowledge management or service delivery context.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you will:

Automate multiple high-volume HR processes, reducing manual effort by 20%+.
