The Role
We are hiring a Financial Analyst and Sales Operations lead for the Operations team. This is a high ownership seat next to leadership at one of the fastest growing companies in North America. You will own the numbers that steer the business and the sales engine that turns pipeline into revenue. One day you are building the forecast and board pack. The next you are cleaning the CRM, sharpening the pipeline, and helping Sales close. If you like clear ownership, fast pace, and work that shows up in results, this role is for you.
What you'll do
• Build and own financial models, forecasts, budgets, and board ready reporting
• Track revenue, margins, cash, and unit economics across products and channels
• Run sales ops: CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, quotas, and deal desk support
• Partner with Sales on forecasting, capacity planning, and process improvements
• Turn billing, accounting, and CRM data into clear recommendations
• Support pricing, partner deals, and operational planning as the company scales
What we're looking for
• 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, sales operations, or a mix of both
• Strong Excel or Sheets skills and comfort with HubSpot, Stripe, or similar tools
• Clear communication with people outside finance
• Bias for ownership in a fast growing startup
• Bonus: experience in SaaS, legaltech, fintech, or marketplace businesses

Responsibilities
Build and manage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and board reporting while tracking revenue, margins, cash, and unit economics. Own sales operations, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, quota and deal support, and partner with Sales and leadership on planning, pricing, and process improvements.
Requirements
Requires at least three years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, sales operations, or a combination of these areas, along with strong Excel or Sheets skills and familiarity with HubSpot, Stripe, or similar tools. Candidates should communicate clearly with non-finance colleagues and demonstrate ownership in a fast-growing startup; experience in SaaS, legaltech, fintech, or marketplace businesses is a bonus.
