- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships, in French and English;
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French;
- Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English in order to interact with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, partners, and colleagues at the national level;
- High level of autonomy and ability to handle last-minute requests;
- Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills;
- High geographic mobility;
- Valid driver's license;
- Knowledge of construction machinery would be an asset;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
- Plan equipment requirements based on the site team's needs in collaboration with the superintendent and foremen;
- Plan and schedule delivery appointments;
- Manage the fleet in coordination with the regional logistics coordinator;
- Update the tracking database with the required equipment and tools;
- Create and maintain an equipment forecasting model for all equipment suppliers;
- Ensure the site has all the equipment necessary to complete the job;
- Manage repairs and asset returns.

Responsibilities
Coordinate construction equipment and vehicle requirements with the site team, schedule deliveries, and manage the fleet with the regional logistics coordinator. Maintain equipment tracking and forecasting records, ensure the site has the necessary equipment, and oversee repairs and asset returns.
Requirements
Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, advanced spoken and written French, and intermediate spoken and written English. Candidates should be autonomous, able to handle last-minute requests, skilled in team management and conflict resolution, geographically mobile, and hold a valid driver's license; construction machinery knowledge is an asset, as is proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
