Restaurant & Sports Bar SupervisorFull-time and part-time opportunities

Build your leadership skills, help shape a new team and bring exceptional hospitality to life at Boston Pizza Dryden. With additional earning potential through our Tip-Pool Incentive Initiative, team rewards and opportunities to grow into restaurant management, this is a chance to make your next move count.

Responsibilities

Help build the team from the start

We’re looking for positive, dependable people who enjoy helping others succeed. Restaurant experience is preferred, but your leadership attributes, attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

As a Restaurant and Sports Bar Supervisor, you’ll lead front-of-house (FOH) operations during assigned management shifts, including the dining room, bar and expo. You’ll stay involved in service, support your teammates and help create an exceptional guest experience for everyone we serve.

You’ll report to the Restaurant Manager, General Manager and Franchisee, working together to build a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability and hospitality.

What’s in it for you

· Competitive starting wage. Starting at $21.95 per hour, with higher starting offers considered for proven relevant experience.

· Tip-Pool Incentive Initiative. Build on your hourly wage with additional earning potential through our Tip-Pool Incentive Initiative. Share in the success of a busy restaurant and the exceptional guest experiences you help create. Tip-pool earnings vary with restaurant volume and are not guaranteed.

· Team challenges and rewards. Celebrate wins together through fun internal contests and team challenges, with opportunities to earn perks and rewards when the team reaches shared goals.

· Comprehensive benefits. Access to a comprehensive benefits program for qualifying team members, subject to eligibility based on average hours worked.

· Dining perks. Complimentary meals during assigned management shifts, 50% off meals when working FOH or heart-of-house (HOH) shifts, and a 10% employee and family dining discount when off duty.

· Training and career growth. Build your confidence through training, coaching and practical leadership experience, with opportunities to grow into a Restaurant Manager role and across restaurant operations.

· Full-time and part-time opportunities. Bring your availability and career goals - we’ll consider how they fit with the needs of the restaurant.

Qualifications

How you’ll make a difference

· Lead the shift. Coordinate the dining room, bar and expo so the team stays connected and service runs smoothly.

· Support great teamwork. Lead by example, lend a hand during busy periods and treat every teammate with respect.

· Help others develop. Coach during service, share your knowledge and help teammates learn. Everyone contributes to teamwork, training and development, with formal performance management handled by the Restaurant Manager and General Manager.

· Keep service organized. Adjust floor assignments, breaks and staffing levels within management guidelines.

· Take care of guests. Resolve concerns with care and sound judgment, involving management when further support is needed.

· Open and close with confidence. Take on opening and closing responsibilities based on availability, training and qualifications.

· Finish the shift accurately. Complete cash reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting.

· Uphold our standards. Support safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, cleanliness and a safe, welcoming workplace.

What you’ll bring

  • You’re approachable, dependable and ready to take initiative. You communicate clearly, stay composed when things get busy and understand that leadership means helping the people around you succeed.
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but candidates with strong leadership potential from other industries are welcome. Bring your positive energy, accountability and willingness to learn.
  • Smart Serve, Food Handler and First Aid/CPR certifications are assets.
  • Scheduling and opening training
  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays, with scheduling based on restaurant needs and your availability.
  • Training begins the week of November 23, 2026, with schedules to be communicated. Joining the opening training program is preferred, and individual availability and circumstances will be considered.
