About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and naturally curious engineer who is passionate about engineering, continuous improvement, and developing robust manufacturing processes.
The Process Engineering Associate is directly involved in providing product design and manufacturability input during concept and commercialization phases as well as actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.
Work mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
Support the development and optimization of innovative manufacturing processes and equipment including generating ideas, drafting 3D prototypes in SolidWorks, coordinating testing, and researching and providing input to the team as needed.
Support product development projects through prototype builds, process development deliverables, documentation, risk assessments, and validation activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to deliver robust, manufacturable, and compliant process solutions
