À propos du poste À titre de Lead FP&A, vous serez propriétaire de la façon dont Botpress planifie, prévoit et rend compte de ses activités. Relevant du VP Finance et travaillant aux côtés de notre contrôleur financier, vous bâtirez le modèle d'exploitation, mènerez le processus de budget et de prévisions, et produirez les rapports destinés au conseil d'administration et aux investisseurs qui orientent notre croissance. Vous serez aussi propriétaire des tableaux de bord de l'entreprise - la source unique de vérité à laquelle chaque équipe est mesurée - pour que l'imputabilité repose sur des chiffres visibles de tous. C'est un poste de bâtisseur : vous êtes notre première embauche dédiée au FP&A, et le modèle, le processus, la trousse de rapports et les tableaux de bord vous appartiennent, à concevoir, à construire et à faire vivre. L'efficience du capital est au cœur du fonctionnement de Botpress - ce poste existe pour que chaque leader sache ce qu'une décision coûte avant de la prendre, et ce qu'elle a donné après. Il s'agit d'un poste d'expert individuel senior, évalué et rémunéré selon notre bande « Manager ». Chez Botpress, les titres de « Manager » sont réservés aux personnes qui gèrent des équipes; notre filière d'expert individuel suit la progression Analyst → Senior Analyst → Lead → Principal. Responsabilités Bâtir et être propriétaire du modèle d'exploitation de l'entreprise, fondé sur les inducteurs : construction de l'ARR (nouveaux revenus, expansion, contraction, attrition), planification des effectifs et de la rémunération, charges d'exploitation par département, autonomie financière (runway) et plan à long terme Être propriétaire des tableaux de bord opérationnels de bout en bout - définir les indicateurs avec chaque responsable de département, construire et maintenir les tableaux de bord vous-même, et en faire la norme à laquelle les équipes sont tenues responsables Automatiser et simplifier la planification et la production de rapports - nous nous attendons à ce que vous exploitiez les outils d'IA de façon agressive Mener le budget annuel et les reprévisions trimestrielles de bout en bout Être propriétaire de la trousse de gestion mensuelle et des sections financières des rapports au conseil et aux investisseurs, incluant les métriques SaaS (ARR, NRR/GRR, délai de récupération du CAC, burn multiple, runway) Livrer les analyses mensuelles budget c. réel et prévisions c. réel avec le contrôleur : le contrôleur confirme les chiffres réels, vous en expliquez les causes Collaborer avec les responsables de département sur les plans d'effectifs, la tarification, l'économie unitaire et les analyses de rentabilité des investissements Maintenir le modèle à long terme et les états financiers de la data room; soutenir les levées de fonds, la diligence raisonnable et les demandes des investisseurs Définir et encadrer le cadre de KPI avec le contrôleur pour que chaque chiffre communiqué à l'externe se rattache aux livres comptables 🇬🇧 Help redefine customer support for the AI era. About the Role As FP&A Lead, you'll own how Botpress plans, forecasts and reports on the business. Reporting to the VP of Finance and working alongside our Financial Controller, you'll build the operating model, run the budget and forecast process, and produce the board and investor reporting that guides how we grow. You'll also own the company's dashboards - the single source of truth that every team is measured against - so that accountability runs on numbers everyone can see. This is a builder's seat: you are our first dedicated FP&A hire, and the model, the process, the reporting pack and the dashboards are yours to design, build and run. Capital efficiency is core to how Botpress operates - this role exists to make sure every leader knows what a decision costs before they make it, and how it turned out afterward. This is a senior individual-contributor role, levelled and compensated at our Manager band. At Botpress, "Manager" titles are reserved for people managers; our IC ladder runs Analyst → Senior Analyst → Lead → Principal.
