If you want to build the customer support platform for the AI era, we're looking for top talent to join us. About the Role As FP&A Lead, you'll own how Botpress plans, forecasts and reports on the business. Reporting to the VP of Finance and working alongside our Financial Controller, you'll build the operating model, run the budget and forecast process, and produce the board and investor reporting that guides how we grow. You'll also own the company's dashboards - the single source of truth that every team is measured against - so that accountability runs on numbers everyone can see. This is a builder's seat: you are our first dedicated FP&A hire, and the model, the process, the reporting pack and the dashboards are yours to design, build and run. Capital efficiency is core to how Botpress operates - this role exists to make sure every leader knows what a decision costs before they make it, and how it turned out afterward. This is a senior individual-contributor role, levelled and compensated at our Manager band. At Botpress, "Manager" titles are reserved for people managers; our IC ladder runs Analyst → Senior Analyst → Lead → Principal.
