Original job description

Help redefine customer support for the AI era. Most companies are running support on ticketing systems built in 2007, with AI bolted on as an afterthought. Botpress is the enterprise-grade AI agent platform for customer support - built the other way around. As the 3rd fastest-growing B2B AI start-up worldwide, we're displacing legacy platforms like Zendesk at scale - across industries, regions, and thousands of companies worldwide. The work ahead is ambitious. The opportunity is rare. We take a deliberate approach to growth: product-led, capital-efficient, and highly focused. If you want to build the customer support platform for the AI era, we're looking for top talent to join us. About the Role We’re hiring a Spanish speaking full cycle Sales Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. You’ll report to the Director of Sales and play a key role in growing our customer base across LATAM market. You’ll be the first human contact many prospects have with our company, so your ability to understand their needs and communicate our value will shape the entire sales experience. It’s a great role for someone who wants to learn fast, gain exposure to the full go-to-market motion, and be part of a category-defining company in the AI space Responsibilities Steer prospects through the purchasing lifecycle. Work in tandem with Solutions Engineering to enact change and illustrate the platform’s benefits. Consistently analyze and report on sales targets and pipeline management using our CRM system. Remain attuned to industry trends to inform our product development and strategic direction. Foster collaboration with departments like marketing, operations, and engineering to propel Botpress’s growth and culture. Requirements Curious, driven, and excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup Comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike Able to clearly communicate value and tailor messaging to different industries Organized, self-motivated, and persistent, with strong follow-up skills This role is focused on growing the Spanish speaking market. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required. About Botpress Botpress raised a $25 million Series B round in 2025. We're building the enterprise-grade AI agent platform for customer support - not by adding AI to old infrastructure, but by building AI-first from day one. As a fast-growing start-up, we run a lean and innovative ship that leans on AI for maximum business impact. At Botpress, everyone is an owner, bringing their unique perspective and talents. We intentionally hire individuals who are eager, passionate, talented, and hungry to learn and grow throughout their career. You'll be on a team that's not just adapting to the AI revolution, but leading it. Joining our team means changing how millions of customers interact with the companies they do business with - and building the platform that defines the next era of customer support. Benefits Work at one of Canada’s fastest-growing AI start-ups Work with a talented and passionate team 4 weeks of vacation Paid sick and parental leave Comprehensive health, dental, vision, travel, and life insurance Funding for education and skills improvement Fully-stocked fridge and cupboard – we take snacks seriously Your own desk – no ‘hot-desk’-style sign-up systems A vibrant office community, including weekly socials
