We're looking for a Product Manager, Growth and Product Experience to own the journey from signup to activation, trust, and paid conversion across Botpress. About the Role You'll own key growth surfaces - signup, onboarding, activation, and early conversion - and work at the intersection of product, UX, growth, customer research, and technical systems thinking. Your job is to translate Botpress's technical depth into a customer-facing experience that makes support teams feel confident, capable, and ready to adopt. Botpress Desk is one of the most important surfaces in the short term, but your mandate is broader: help more of the right customers reach value, build trust, and grow with Botpress. What You'll Do Own activation, time to value, time to trust, and early conversion across key Botpress product journeys. Write clear, lean product briefs, user stories, hypotheses, and decision docs. Identify where users get confused, hesitate, drop off, or lose confidence during their first product experience. Prioritize and fix "first-session trust debt": small UX/UI issues that hurt confidence, activation, or perceived product maturity. Use product data and direct customer conversations to find growth opportunities and measure impact. Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship fast, practical product improvements. Comfortable talking directly to customers and turning qualitative insight into product decisions. Technical fluency around modern web products, workflows, APIs, data, or AI systems. Clear written communication, strong documentation habits, and the ability to own outcomes in ambiguity.
