Original job description

We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and staff. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to manage multiple responsibilities, keep an orderly and tidy environment, and meet deadlines is essential to the position. General knowledge of accounting and experience in an accounting office is not required but would be considered an asset.

Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities Will Primarily Include

Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
Data entry and Database Management
Ordering office supplies
Arranging post and deliveries
Light tidying of communal spaces
Provides front desk coverage as needed

Other Duties May Include

Organizing internal events
Supporting other departments as needed

A Successful Candidate Should Possess The Following

High school diploma or equivalent
College or University degree in a relevant discipline preferred
A desire to provide outstanding internal and client service
Detail-oriented
Ability to handle complex and confidential information professionally
Experience with internal processes and filing systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 year experience in an office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with Excel skills
