Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical distribution, lighting, controls, and life-safety systems.
Ensure installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and engineering design requirements.
Support commissioning activities and witness equipment start-up and testing.
Investigate field issues and recommend practical solutions that balance cost, schedule, constructability, and operational requirements.
Coordinate resolution of multidisciplinary field conflicts.

Client & Project Management Support

Develop trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Provide construction-related technical advice to clients and project managers.
Support project delivery strategies and risk management initiatives.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and construction sequencing reviews.
