You will support the Operational Excellence entities and collaborate with corporate services and the leadership team to promote initiatives such as UniversiT and the mentorship program, as well as developing external partnerships to expand the reach of these programs. If you are known for your organizational skills, your ability to rally stakeholders and your interest in project management, we look forward to meeting you.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Support the various Operational Excellence entities in planning, coordinating and rolling out their initiatives, ensuring a clear understanding of needs, priorities and expected outcomes.

  • Maintain and manage the company’s overall activity schedule and anticipate interdependencies.
  • Support and advise internal clients to advance the organizational mission and operational priorities.
  • Contribute to developing documentation and processes related to operations, training and skills development, and keep them up to date.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for the learning management system (LMS): structure learning paths, optimize use of the platform and support users.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team and the Communications-Marketing team to promote UniversiT and the mentorship program externally.
  • Build external training partnerships to grow our centre of excellence in technical training.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 to 3 years coordinating communications projects.
  • Experience in project management or change management is an asset.
  • Full proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written*.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel), LMS platforms and Canva is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with Copilot and AI agents.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; comfortable making recommendations and presenting them to leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with an organized, structured and rigorous approach; strong attention to order and quality.
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in operational excellence, change management, training and digital tools.
  • Influential leadership, collaborative mindset and sense of initiative.
  • Autonomy, openness to new ideas and effective priority management.
  • Proficiency in English is required to support our activities across Canada and our collaboration with our teams and external partners in other provinces.
