Joining BPA means putting your talent to work on meaningful projects, collaborating with recognized experts, and growing in a flexible, people-focused and forward-thinking environment.

About The Role

As part of a strategic partnership with Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC), our multidisciplinary building engineering team is deployed directly on the client's campus in Longueuil, Quebec. We support a wide range of infrastructure, space planning, and facility modernization projects across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development of space planning and workplace layout designs for various P&WC corporate facilities across Canada.
Lead workplace planning workshops with employees to develop new layouts, taking into consideration workflow efficiency, ergonomics, health and safety requirements, and user needs.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client for space planning projects and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
Prepare design drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD.
Develop construction cost estimates.
Coordinate project execution with the client and contractors.
Perform site surveys of existing conditions and conduct site visits during the construction phase.
Prepare various project documents, including reports, site instructions, tender documents, addenda, and directives.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables issued to clients.
Coordinate with BPA professionals, client representatives, and external consultants across multiple disciplines.
Provide technical support during construction and project implementation.

Desired Profile

Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
One to three years of experience in a related field.
Strong proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Self-motivated, practical, and client-focused.
Strong teamwork skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.

A competitive total compensation package, including a market-driven salary, a comprehensive group insurance plan, and an RRSP program with employer contributions.
A structured training and professional development program supported by UniversiT, our internal entity dedicated to the technical and personal growth of every employee.
