Analyze, interpret, and report plant performance data and operational KPIs to site leadership, operations management, and head office teams.
Provide visible leadership in health, safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.
Support the Technology Development Group through process data reconciliation, reagent consumption analysis, and plant utilization reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.

Experience preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and workplace safety.
Preferred: Experience in water treatment plants, wastewater treatment, industrial process plants, mining operations, or environmental services, with relevant water treatment certifications or operator credentials considered a strong asset.
Preferred: Degree, diploma, or technical education in a related discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Hydrometallurgy, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Operations); bilingualism in English and French is also considered an asset.
