Original job description

BrainFinance is a leading financial technology company providing responsible and empowering credit solutions to consumers. We are redefining access to credit through our innovative technology, leveraging machine learning and automation to deliver smarter, simpler financial services.

As a true innovation lab, our team brings together finance experts, data enthusiasts, mathematicians, computer scientists, and software engineers who collaborate to build transparent and fair credit solutions that make a real difference.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Specialist who is passionate about innovation and driven to modernize the way we work. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating AI adoption across the organization by identifying high-impact opportunities and transforming them into scalable, business-driven solutions.

We're looking for a versatile, curious, and resourceful professional who can rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes. This is not a traditional software development or AI research position - it is a hands-on role focused on applying modern AI technologies to solve real business challenges.

What You'll Do

Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities across the organization;
Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and measurable technology solutions;
Structure, analyze, and leverage data to support business decision-making;
Develop dashboards and performance metrics (Power BI is considered an asset);
Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration solutions using Power Automate and no-code/low-code platforms;
Build robust operational processes that transform AI initiatives from experimentation into production;
Integrate modern AI platforms (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) with internal systems through APIs;
Continuously evaluate and experiment with the latest AI technologies and tools;
Deploy AI assistants, conversational agents, and intelligent workflow solutions across the organization;
Support teams in adopting new technologies and promote a culture of innovation;
Provide ongoing support while continuously improving business processes and AI solutions;
Document implemented solutions, measure their business impact, and drive continuous improvement;

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field;
3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, data, automation, or digital transformation;
Experience leading cross-functional projects and supporting organizational change initiatives;
Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation are considered an asset;
Strong knowledge of data analytics, visualization, and automation tools;
Hands-on experience with modern AI and orchestration platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate;
Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
