Position Overview:

• Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who thrives in building modern, intelligent digital experiences. This role combines deep full-stack engineering expertise with technical leadership across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise-scale platforms.
• We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead and Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can build across the front end, back end, experience engine, and AI/ML layers and establish the engineering foundations required to deliver them reliably.
• In this role, you will remain hands-on across the full technology stack - from React/Next.js user experiences and experience orchestration to Java/Spring Boot services, APIs, Kafka events, and data integration using REST API via Apigee. You will also be able to establish cloud infrastructure, development environments, and CI/CD pipelines, working with enterprise platform teams where shared services or controls are involved.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Lead, you will remain hands-on across the entire technology stack while guiding engineering excellence and delivery outcomes. You'll:

✅ Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable digital solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies

✅ Build customer-facing experiences using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

✅ Develop robust Java/Spring Boot services, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

✅ Create reusable components, integration patterns, and platform capabilities

✅ Establish and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform

✅ Deliver AI-powered and agentic product capabilities including RAG, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool integrations, evaluations, monitoring, and governance frameworks

✅ Implement automation across unit, integration, API, performance, accessibility, and security testing

✅ Lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and partner with Solution Architects to drive high-quality outcomes

✅ Improve system observability, resiliency, security, and operational readiness across enterprise platforms.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills for this Role

✔ 8+ years of experience building and supporting enterprise-scale digital products

✔ Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, or Senior Full-Stack Developer

✔ Strong expertise in:

• TypeScript
• React
• Next.js
• Java
• Spring Boot

✔ Experience with:

• REST APIs
• GraphQL
• Event-driven architectures
• Microservices
• CI/CD
• Terraform
• Containers and Kubernetes

✔ Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS experience considered an asset)

✔ Strong understanding of quality engineering, test automation, and secure software development practices

✔ Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms

✔ Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled applications and intelligent product features in production environments.

⭐ API Gateway technologies and headless content platforms

⭐ Feature flagging, experimentation, analytics, and personalization

⭐ Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience

⭐ Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, and agent-to-agent integrations
