The Agile Delivery Manager uses agile and traditional project management frameworks to lead value-driven initiatives for our clients. This role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, managing risks and impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our Maritimes office is located in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with occasional in-office days as needed.

Role Overview

The Agile Delivery Manager uses agile and traditional project management frameworks to lead value-driven initiatives for our clients. This role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, managing risks and impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our Maritimes office is located in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with occasional in-office days as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate high and medium complexity initiatives, manage external dependencies, and ensure alignment with Agile Project Management practices.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture, define and track team performance metrics, and coach business and technology teams.
- Ensure transparency of progress and outcomes, report team progress, and drive stakeholder meetings.
- Support new business pursuits and build strong client relationships.
- Plan and manage project deliverables in collaboration with technical leads.
- Guide and coach the team in agile practices and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Conduct team maturity assessments and manage software release activities.
- 4 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager, and 5+ years in software development, project management, or business analysis.
- Certified Advanced Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification; CSM and Scrum at Scale certifications are a plus.
- Experience with backlog tracking, Scrum/Kanban metrics, and the SDLC.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Program management experience in banking is a plus.
- System design experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to have difficult conversations diplomatically.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
Lead complex initiatives using agile and traditional project management practices, coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and software releases. Coach teams in agile practices, facilitate ceremonies and stakeholder meetings, track performance, promote continuous improvement, and support client relationships and business pursuits.
Requirements
Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager and 5 or more years in software development, project management, or business analysis. An advanced Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are expected; Jira, Confluence, SDLC, backlog tracking, and agile metrics experience are also sought.
