Role Overview
We are seeking a QA Test Lead with experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers in a fast-paced, Agile development environment. The Test Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive test strategy, managing the testing process, and ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with team leadership and mentorship. Our Maritimes office is located in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with occasional in-office days as needed.

We are seeking a QA Test Lead with experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers in a fast-paced, Agile development environment. The Test Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive test strategy, managing the testing process, and ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive test strategy across software products.
- Design and implement test plans and test cases for software products.
- Lead and manage a team of QA and test engineers to ensure testing is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure that software products meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify requirements, potential issues, and areas of improvement.
- Document and report defects found during testing and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular status reports on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
- Continuously improve QA and test processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading and managing a team of QA and test analysts.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience defining test strategies in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of Broadridge backend systems is a plus.
- Domain experience in payments and banking, transfers, onboarding, fees and advisory compensation, or clearing and settlements is an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases, and lead QA engineers in delivering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Coordinate defect resolution and stakeholder reporting while improving QA processes and mentoring team members.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and experience leading QA or test analysts are required. Candidates should have strong knowledge of testing methodologies and automation tools, experience defining test strategies in Agile environments, and excellent leadership and communication skills; Broadridge systems and financial-services domain experience are assets.
