As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Architect.

BrainRidge Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in leading the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions for our enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the solution architecture for complex programs
  • Facilitate consensus among various stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Solution Architecture documents
  • Present and advocate for proposed architectures in Architecture Governance forums
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, and Application Subject Matter Experts to develop comprehensive solutions
  • Foster collaboration within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Navigate and manage complex technical environments
  • Present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 8+ years working as a Solution Architect
  • Strong experience or knowledge across multiple technology stacks, including Mainframe, Java, full stack, web, and application servers
  • Proven experience in designing and integrating APIs
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka
  • Familiarity with various messaging technologies
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience leading solution architecture in large-scale programs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Requires 8 or more years of experience as a Solution Architect and experience across multiple technology stacks, including mainframe, Java, web, and application servers. Candidates should have API integration, cloud, streaming, messaging, DevOps, and CI/CD experience, along with the ability to lead large-scale architecture initiatives and manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
