About the Role

As a Manager, Enterprise, you will lead engagements with global organizations as they transform for the AI era. Our clients are leaders in their industries, operating across markets worldwide, and we work with their C-suites and business leaders as well as the executives who run their AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams. The role operates on two fronts. First, you will help these enterprises build durable, organization-wide AI capability: the skills, processes, tools, and digital operating models their people need to work differently. On the second, you will advise executive teams on the digital and AI innovation opportunities emerging in their industries, including how AI will reshape the products they build and the customer experiences they deliver.

This is transformation work, and you will be accountable for it. You will lead engagements end to end, own the client relationship day to day, set the strategic direction of the work, and ensure the recommendations we deliver are ones clients act on. You follow developments in AI and digital technology closely and you bring a well-formed point of view on what they mean for how enterprises operate and compete. Working across our teams, you will scope and shape engagements, direct multi-workstream delivery, and carry responsibility for growing your client relationships and the work we do with them. You are credible in front of C-suite audiences, you can manage complexity and ambiguity with composure, and you set the standard for the quality of the work.

Responsibilities

Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and the leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams, and position BrainStation as a strategic partner in how their organizations build enterprise-wide AI capability
Serve as the senior day-to-day advisor to your clients, leading them through opportunity discovery, managing expectations and stakeholders, and ensuring each engagement delivers measurable value
Lead engagements end to end, from scoping and structuring the work through discovery, recommendation, and roadmap, and hold accountability for their quality, timeliness, and outcomes
Direct the engagement team's work, set the analytical approach, review deliverables, and ensure the work meets the standard an executive audience expects
Lead the design of target-state capabilities, digital operating models, and transformation roadmaps, and guide executive teams through the decisions required to commit to them
Lead our advisory work on digital and AI innovation within a client's industry, and shape how executive teams think about the opportunities and risks AI creates for their products and customer experience
Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions
Grow your client relationships: identify, shape, and secure new and follow-on engagements, own the development of proposals and business cases, and shape the scope and commercial structure of the work
Contribute to BrainStation's point of view and market presence through thought leadership, events, and executive conversations, and help develop our methods and offerings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5–8 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of leading work for enterprise or corporate clients; experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus
Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end, including scoping, directing the work of an engagement team, and accountability for outcomes
Strong executive presence and a track record of advising senior stakeholders and leading executive-level conversations
Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and deliver recommendations that clients act on
Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes in a professional services or advisory context
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead several engagements concurrently
A well-formed and current point of view on AI, digital technology, and how organizations transform their capabilities and operating models
Genuine enthusiasm for in-person work and collaboration; this role follows a hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office
Willingness to travel globally for client work as required
