Field Manager

Location: Regional / Field-Based
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Field Manager to support the execution of retail programs across an assigned region. This role is responsible for leading Team Leads (TLs), ensuring consistent field execution, and driving performance against established targets and KPIs.

Working closely with the Account team, you will focus on coaching, execution, and operational consistency, ensuring that field teams are set up for success and delivering against program expectations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Team Leadership & Support

Lead and support Team Leads (TLs) in managing their Sales Experts (SEs)
Conduct regular check-ins, team calls, and 1:1s with TLs to review performance and provide guidance
Reinforce accountability, ensuring TLs are effectively managing and coaching their teams
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture across the region

Sales Performance & Execution

Support the delivery of regional sales targets and KPIs by ensuring strong execution at the field level
Monitor performance metrics and identify gaps, working with TLs to implement corrective actions
Reinforce consistent tracking and completion of daily reports and performance data

Training & Coaching

Provide ongoing in-field coaching through ride-alongs and field visits
Support onboarding and training of TLs and SEs to ensure alignment with program standards
Reinforce best practices in selling, customer engagement, and execution

Field Operations & Oversight

Ensure field teams are executing call plans, visit schedules, and operational standards consistently
Support scheduling, route planning, and territory coverage to ensure optimal execution
Assist in managing field logistics, including tools, materials, and inventory as needed
Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and client expectations

Escalations & Stakeholder Support

Support resolution of field-level issues, including retailer concerns and operational challenges
Escalate complex or high-impact issues to the Senior Field Manager as needed
Support Team Leads in strengthening relationships with retail partners

Reporting & Communication

Maintain accurate and timely reporting of field activity, performance metrics, and program updates
Share insights and feedback from the field with leadership to support continuous improvement
Ensure clear and consistent communication across Team Leads, field teams, and management

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in retail, field operations, or team leadership
Experience leading or supporting field-based teams
Strong understanding of sales execution and KPI-driven environments
Proven ability to coach and develop team members
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements

Access to a reliable vehicle (required)
Willingness to travel within assigned region
Criminal background check required
