Summer Sales Intern – Grow Your Future with BASF

As a Summer Sales Intern, you’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future of agriculture while building your own career foundation.

Internship Details

Duration: 4 months (Summer 2027)
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Compensation: $25 - $32 / Hour

Students will be hired and employed through a third-party contracting agency - Raise Recruiting. Opportunities are based on business needs at our sites.

Candidates resumes will be presented to BASF based on requirements of the assignments being a match and fit based on experience. What You’ll Do

Build relationships with growers and promote BASF solutions.
Support field tours, events, and product demonstrations.
Lead a field-scale project and scout fields to gain technical insights.
Collaborate with BASF teams to grow the business and your skills.
Travel within your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For

You’re currently enrolled in an agriculture or related degree program.
You’re passionate about ag, sustainability, and making a difference.
You’re a strong communicator, organized, and ready to learn.
You have a valid driver’s license and are open to travel.

To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies following the internship. Applications from individuals who have already graduated will not be considered.
