Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Stettler Agriculture location. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all daily branch activities and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties & Responsibilities Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch Achieve asset management and market share goals Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services Other duties as assigned
