Breakthrough Academy specializes in helping high-performing entrepreneurs in the contracting industry grow their businesses by implementing excellent operational systems into their companies. Our proprietary training program brings systemization to a contracting company's operations, develops an entrepreneur's core business skills, and holds accountability to goals through a clear business plan.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

Owning Breakthrough Academy's partner marketing ecosystem, transforming strategic partnerships into a predictable source of qualified pipeline, market credibility, and long-term business growth.
Building and executing co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives that create measurable value for both our partners and Breakthrough Academy.
Identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities that align with our ideal customer profile, strengthen our brand, and expand our reach within the trades industry.
Driving every partnership from initial strategy through flawless execution, ensuring commitments are delivered, communication stays clear, and momentum never stalls.
Creating the operational rhythm behind successful partnerships by coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, content, approvals, timelines, and follow-up across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Using data to continuously improve partnership performance by measuring lead generation, pipeline contribution, engagement, and overall business impact - helping determine where we test, invest, or rest.
Working closely with Marketing, Revenue, and Executive Leadership to identify new growth opportunities and turn strong ideas into scalable partnership programs.
Representing Breakthrough Academy as a trusted, professional partner, building long-term relationships that strengthen our position as the leading business coaching company serving contractors across North America.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or customer marketing within a B2B organization.
A proven track record of owning external partner relationships that created measurable business results through marketing initiatives, lead generation, or revenue growth.
Experience leading co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, sponsorships, or other joint marketing initiatives from planning through successful execution.
Experience managing multiple partnership initiatives at the same time while coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
Strong judgment with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities, identify where the greatest value exists, and prioritize initiatives that support business growth.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders inside and outside your organization through strong communication, sound judgment, and consistent execution.
Hands-on experience using CRM, project management, or marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar tools to manage relationships, campaigns, and workflows.
A data-driven approach to measuring success, with experience using leads, pipeline, engagement, or campaign performance to improve future partnership decisions.
