Who are we?

Adaptavate is a business of the future, a dynamic team of engineers, thinkers, parents, walkers, traders, dreamers, climbers, scientists, gardeners, friends, family, and visionaries. People who think differently to make a big impact through our work… together.

We are answering the urgent call to decarbonise construction globally, by developing the low carbon and carbon-negative technologies and products needed, and the industrial ecosystem to deploy them fast, anywhere in the world.

To succeed in our mission, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician to support the development of next-generation building materials through hands-on laboratory work, including sample preparation, formulation trials, and product testing. Working closely with scientists, chemists and engineers, the role will involve operating laboratory equipment, recording and presenting results, and contributing to the continuous improvement and scaleup of new products.
