The role works closely with TSSO technical leads, Oracle Health, Brightshores infrastructure and application teams, cybersecurity, privacy, clinical engineering, facilities, telecommunications, service desk, site leaders, project workstreams, vendors, partner hospitals, and clinical and operational stakeholders.
This role requires flexibility to attend meetings and complete technical activities across Brightshores sites, vendor forums, and virtual settings. Travel and work outside regular business hours will be required during testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.

- Minimum five years of progressive technical experience supporting complex enterprise or health care environments, including demonstrated responsibility for multidisciplinary technical delivery.
