- Coordinate with sales representatives, legal counsel, mortgage representatives and internal departments to obtain documentation and approvals.
- Prepare sales reports, purchaser summaries and administrative trackers.
Customer Care
- Serve as a primary point of contact for purchasers following their home purchase, providing timely and professional service.
- Coordinate purchaser communications, appointments, construction updates, deficiency follow-up and closing-related information.
- Maintain accurate purchaser records, correspondence and outstanding commitments.
- Address purchaser inquiries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate resolutions.
- Support the preparation and distribution of welcome packages, homeowner communications and customer-care materials.
- Assist with sales-office materials, appointment scheduling and purchaser follow-up.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in customer care, sales administration, residential construction or pre-construction real estate.
- Experience working with new-home purchasers and Agreements of Purchase and Sale is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, construction, legal, accounting and other internal teams.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word; CRM or customer-care software experience is an asset.
- Availability to work in-office and attend occasional evening or weekend purchaser appointments.
Why Brightstone?
