Full-time opportunities | Sales offices and project locations across the GTA
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
Brightstone Developments is connecting with experienced, motivated Sales Representatives interested in future opportunities across our growing portfolio of residential communities in the GTA.
As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are building a pool of qualified candidates to consider as we bring future projects to market. This posting is an expression of interest for future opportunities; we are not hiring for an immediate opening.
Future roles will offer the opportunity to take ownership of the sales experience at one of our communities - welcoming prospective purchasers, guiding them through their home-buying journey, and helping bring a thoughtfully designed development to life. As the day-to-day face of the community, you would combine strong sales instincts with exceptional organization, follow-through, and service.
What you’ll do
- Welcome, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with prospective purchasers.
- Respond to sales calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Present available homes, floor plans, pricing, features, and incentives with confidence.
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up and accurate records throughout the sales process.
- Manage the daily operations, presentation, and readiness of your assigned sales office.
- Support agreements of purchase and sale, purchaser documentation, and related sales administration.
- Build relationships with purchasers, brokers, and local community partners.
- Support project launches, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Share regular updates on lead activity, purchaser feedback, and market insights.
- Take ownership of the sales process while contributing to a collaborative team.
What you’ll bring
- Active Ontario real estate registration in good standing.
- Demonstrated pre-construction sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organized approach to lead management and follow-up.
- Confidence working independently and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a sales office.
- Availability to work on-site six days per week, including weekends.
- Ability to travel to Brightstone sales offices and project locations throughout the GTA.
- A genuine interest in delivering a thoughtful, high-quality purchaser experience.
