Proven collaboration with production shops and manufacturing teams to streamline production processes, enhance quality control, and ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.
Understanding of relevant US, European, and Asian regulations and standards, ensuring all designs meet safety, environmental requirements.
Demonstrate lifecycle product ownership of complex products. Participating in a cross-functional team from product inception to volume production
Work with support groups, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Compliance, Safety, and Sustainability
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 12+ years of related experience
