Original job description

Broccolini is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment. - Coordinate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including internal teams such as Investments, Construction, Property Management, Sales and Marketing .
- Manage external partners such as the project architects, engineers, external consultants, and contractors during the development process.
- Ensure alignment and clear communication among all parties throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Track construction progress against timelines and budget, flagging potential delays or cost issues.
- Monitor the construction draw process, which includes cost monitoring and support in providing information to the cost consultant throughout construction
- Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Assist with project accounting as required

- Coordinate with construction and operations teams to ensure an operationally excellent delivery of each project.
