About the Job:

Brompton Funds is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about marketing, finance and investment products and is looking to build a career at the intersection of these fields.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While previous professional experience is an asset, we are primarily looking for someone with strong fundamentals, a positive attitude and the desire to develop their skills.

As a Marketing Associate, you will support a broad range of marketing initiatives designed to communicate Brompton's investment products, insights and brand to investors, advisors and other audiences.

You will work closely with members of the Marketing, Investor Relations and broader Brompton team, gaining hands-on experience across digital marketing, content development, social media, email marketing, events, product communications and financial services.

What you will do:

Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
Support the creation, editing and distribution of marketing materials, including ads, emails, newsletters, presentations, brochures and social media content;
Assist with managing Brompton's social media channels and online presence;
Help coordinate email marketing campaigns, including preparing content, testing, scheduling and reporting;
Support website content updates and ongoing improvements to the user experience
Assist with developing and updating marketing materials for Brompton's investment products, including ETFs and other investment solutions;
Conduct research on financial markets, investment products, competitors and industry trends;
Help prepare materials for investor, advisor, and content partner communications
Assist with conferences, sponsorships, webinars and other events;
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors and other partners as required;
Track marketing activities and assist with reporting on campaign performance;
Maintain organized marketing files, databases and content libraries;
Assist with ensuring marketing materials are accurate, consistent with brand standards and appropriately reviewed before distribution;
Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing team.

Your qualifications:

Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field;
Strong interest in both marketing and financial markets/investments;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills;
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts;
Strong research and analytical skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities;
Professional, collaborative and positive approach to working with others.

Other valuable assets:

Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms;
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems;
Experience with Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools;
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or other creative tools;
Understanding of ETFs, mutual funds, equities, fixed income or other investment products;
Bilingual (French).

The base salary range for this role reflects the breadth of experience and proficiency we are willing to consider. Final compensation offered will be determined by assessing the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and alignment with the team’s needs.
