Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Performance Tracking: Understand and track store performance metrics in percentages and dollars, sharing results with the team.

  • Efficient Scheduling and Payroll Administration: Create schedules in advance to meet store needs and handle payroll administration tasks, including sick days, quota adjustments, part-time slips, and days off.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and maintain accurate records.

  • Visual Merchandising: Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays, ensuring proper pricing, labeling, and adherence to the visual checklist.

  • Store Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front and back store environment for employees and customers, including windows, floors, cash desk, and fixtures.

Coaching, Training, and Support:

  • Staff Mentoring: Train and mentor staff to achieve goals, improve performance, and foster strong relationships.

  • Leadership Development: Identify and develop future leaders through targeted training programs.

  • Continuous Growth: Support the ongoing development of team members.

  • Adequate Staffing: Ensure sufficient part-time staffing to meet operational needs.

  • Conflict Resolution: Assist team members in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
