Original job description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Risk Coordinator, reporting to the Manager - Performance and Risk Management - Global Supply Chain, to support the development and deployment of supplier risk management processes. In this role, a major impact will be made on the resilience of our global supply chain by contributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that could affect our operations. You will be at the forefront of strengthening risk management capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making within the procurement organization.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Procurement-related risks, including supply, financial, geopolitical, regulatory, and ESG risks across global supplier networks, are to be monitored and assessed.
Risk registers, dashboards, and indicators will be developed and maintained to ensure visibility and monitoring of supplier risks.
Collaboration with category managers and business partners will be required to define, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies and plans.
Support crisis management and business continuity activities during incidents or critical escalations affecting the supply chain.
Establish and evolve supplier risk management processes while ensuring proactive monitoring of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
Provide actionable analysis and recommendations to support procurement decisions, supplier selection, and the strengthening of supply chain resilience.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in supply chain management, administration, finance, risk management, or a related field, with over 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international suppliers and partners.
Solid understanding of supply chain risks, including financial, operational, geopolitical, regulatory, and ESG dimensions.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and risk management or data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence and mobilize various stakeholders.
