We are looking for an electrical design technician for the ORV Engineering team who will report to the Lead Designer, Vehicle Engineering. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and validation of various electrical systems for a recreational vehicle.

You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Participate in creating electrical schematics, bill of material and technical drawings required for manufacturing new vehicles;
- Build and validate functional prototypes of electronic and mechatronic systems;
- Support the workshop with assembly, diagnostics, and validation of prototype vehicles;
- Ensure wiring harnesses meet market standards and specific vehicle requirements;
- Collaborate with designers and engineers in the design and development of new parts, systems, and vehicles;
- Work with various suppliers and internal design, production, purchasing, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering teams;
- Maintain close follow-ups on the development of assigned prototype parts;
- College diploma (DEC) in electrical or electrotechnical engineering, or equivalent training;
- Familiarity with tools such as Capital Harness, SEE Electrical, Catia EHI / EHA (CAD), CRETA or INCA;
- Solid background in designing electrical systems;
- Experience in software such as Catia V5, Smarteam, and SAP;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level;
- Hands-on agility and motor skills required for practical testing and electrical repairs;
- Flexibility to travel from time to time.

Responsibilities
Create electrical schematics, bills of materials, and manufacturing drawings, and build and validate electrical and mechatronic prototypes for recreational vehicles. Support prototype assembly and diagnostics, ensure wiring harnesses meet standards and vehicle requirements, and coordinate development with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
Requirements
Requires a college diploma in electrical or electrotechnical engineering, or equivalent training, and a solid background in electrical system design. Candidates should be familiar with relevant electrical design tools and software, communicate professionally in French and English, have hands-on practical skills, and be flexible to travel occasionally.
