  • Manage relationships with BRP stakeholders, partners, and external clients to fully understand their needs and ensure deliverables are aligned.
  • Prepare and present project reviews, communicate work progress, and propose solutions to risks and obstacles encountered, in collaboration with the CTA project office.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • At least five years of relevant engineering experience, particularly in product or technology development.
  • Authentic listening and communication skills, as the role requires negotiation and arbitration skills.
  • Experience in team management or technical coordination, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design, systems integration, and experimental validation.
  • The ability to collaborate with specialists from various disciplines, including electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, simulation, control systems, and software.
  • Mobilizing leadership and a strong interest in supporting and developing people.
