We are looking for a Technical Services Planner who will report to the Planning Team Lead. In this role, you will have a major impact on supporting the organization's growth and the development of BRP products. You will be at the forefront of supporting the workshops and engineering teams.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Act as a workshop planner.
Draft, analyze, modify, and clarify work requirements to determine labour, parts, vehicle availability, and technical information needs.
Plan and follow up on parts and vehicle orders to meet the workshop schedule.
Plan and organize shipments of goods and vehicles according to requests from internal clients.
Support directors, technicians, and engineers with any requests related to work in progress.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A diploma of college studies (DCS) or diploma of vocational studies (DVS) in mechanics or the equivalent.
18 months to 3 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of mechanical systems as well as broad knowledge of BRP products.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, Sheets, Power BI) is an asset.
Knowledge of automotive service department operations is considered an asset.
Knowledge of common manufacturing processes (drilling, milling, welding, moulding).
Knowledge of the SAP ERP system is an asset.
