· Manage community feedback, coordinate follow-up actions and track concerns through to resolution.

· Maintain accurate and detailed stakeholder engagement records within the organization’s records-management system.

· Track engagement metrics, commitments, risks and key performance indicators.

· Support the implementation of social-impact mitigation plans and community infrastructure initiatives.

· Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to health, safety, security and environmental performance.

· Experience managing emerging issues and supporting crisis or incident-response activities within an integrated team.

· Strong relationship-building, collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities.

· Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and move work forward without direct authority.

· Strong strategic-thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Proactive, flexible and results-oriented approach, with the ability to operate effectively through change and ambiguity.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and following through on commitments.
