Marketing Brand Strategy & Communications Specialist (JG4)

About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Brand Strategy & Communications Specialist to join a high-performing marketing team focused on delivering customer-centric campaigns across a large retail and consumer-facing network. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, communications, campaign execution, and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in developing and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of BTL marketing campaigns and activations from briefing through execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to develop clear, insight-driven marketing briefs and communication plans.
- Manage agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and translate results into actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, burn reports, and variance tracking.
- Manage agency contracts, scopes of work, and vendor performance reviews.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand governance, compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, procurement, legal, insights, and operations.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience owning and executing BTL marketing campaigns from concept through performance evaluation.
- Strong background in advertising, communications, or campaign development.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing spend.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and driving optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
- Experience working within regulated or highly governed brand environments is considered an asset.
