Job Title: Project Manager
4 Days onsite in downtown Calgary
12 Month Contract
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Boundary Apps portfolio. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical and operational aspects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Boundary Apps initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track milestones, and manage change requests.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security protocols.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications.
- Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on ERP implementation projects is an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
