Lead products through the full development lifecycle, including concept development, prototyping, verification, validation, production transfer, and mass production support.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure alignment throughout product development.
Define clear responsibilities, decision-making boundaries, and escalation paths across cross-functional teams.
Work with customers, industry partners, consultants, and critical component suppliers to support technical decisions and continuous improvement.
Ensure Engineering maintains ownership of design standards, development processes, and technical decisions.
Oversee the design and development of complex mechanical components and assemblies.
Support departmental planning and budget management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Experience designing complex mechanical components and assemblies.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, customers, and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of people management and/or technical leadership experience, including experience supervising or leading engineering teams.
