Daily responsibilities include creating technical designs, advising on Salesforce technical strategy, supporting quote-to-cash and customer experience initiatives, and ensuring solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and reliability. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to delivery standards, and engaging in client workshops and architectural advisory sessions.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including workshops and architectural reviews.
