Ensure operational activities comply with approved scope boundaries, safety requirements, change-management processes, operating procedures, escalation mechanisms, and service-level expectations.

Participate in operational governance and service reviews covering incidents, risks, capacity, maintenance schedules, vendor performance, facility constraints, and continuous improvement.
