Who We Are

We are a private equity-owned industrial business led by a former private equity partner. This contract offers a unique opportunity to solve real business problems while learning directly from experienced professionals. We move fast, build our own tools, and use modern AI to do more with less.

The Position

This is a 3-month contracted position, that may be extended dependent on business needs.

The Role

As a Junior Software Developer & AI Lead, you will:

Build Internal Tools: Design and ship software that runs core operational and financial workflows, using modern AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code). No formal engineering background required.

Automate the Business: Identify manual, repetitive work across the company and replace it with automation that saves time, reduces errors, and improves margins.

Connect the Systems: Integrate operational, financial, and customer-facing platforms so the business runs on clean, reliable, consistent data.

Support M&A Activity: Get hands-on exposure to acquisitions through analysis, valuation support, and market research that informs investment decisions.
