Position: Business Systems Analyst With supporting iOS and Android mobile application Experience

Location: Toronto, Canada Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description

6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting iOS and Android mobile application development and enhancement initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for mobile app features and releases.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and development teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, UAT, defect triage, and release planning using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Telecom industry experience is a strong advantage, with exposure to customer self-service, digital journeys, account management, commerce, or support applications.
