Graduate Analyst / Associate – Mining, Operations & Business Transformation
Location: Saskatoon, SK, Canada
Experience: 0–1 year
Openings: 4–5

Role
We are looking for recent graduates to support business analysis, project coordination, operational improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Technology, Mining, or related field
0–1 year experience; fresh graduates welcome
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and project documentation
Ability to support project coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Strong teamwork, learning mindset, and organizational skills
Interest in mining, resources, operations, or business transformation
Preferred
Internship, co-op, academic project, or exposure to mining/industrial/operations environments
Saskatoon/local candidates preferred

Responsibilities
Support business analysis, project coordination, operational improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and project documentation, and assist with status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, analytics, technology, mining, or a related field is required; recent graduates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, presentation, teamwork, and organizational skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office; mining, industrial, or operations exposure is preferred.
